Make-Ahead Muffin Melts!! A wonderful breakfast treat.

Here is an amazing breakfast recipe.  I make these on Saturday nights to have on Sunday before church.  What I like about them is I can change it up to what each kid likes... well lets be real.. I leave a few things out for my oldest otherwise she would not eat it, but the rest of us LOVE these just the way they are. Enjoy!!
